The taste of the oil produced by the Gaetano Spadaro’s farm – given its intense and peculiar aroma, resulting from the happy combination of frantoio, leccino, maurino, moraiolo and pendolino varieties – brings us back to those ancient flavours, when seasons flowed quietly and waiting for  the  next  one  was
like waiting for a new joy: the search for a new colour to lay the table with.
The convivium becomes thus sacred.
